Attention: If the User cancels his account, he will not continue as a SL Prime user and will lose access to products, resources and services on the SL Prime platform. The User understands that requests of any nature (requests for information, changes, complaints, etc.) regarding the profile created on the Platform must be made exclusively through the official SL Prime service channels, offered to the User in the Relationship Center with the client. The User’s application must undergo a security check that consists of analyzing, through the e-mail address registered and confirmed on the Platform, whether the requester is the owner of the data entered in SL Prime. RULES FOR USING THE SL PRIME WEBSITE To access and/or use any content or services related to the SL Prime website network, the User must:

Have a minimum age of 18 years and civil majority in the place where you live and where you access. In the case of Brazil, the stipulated age is equal to or greater than 18 years. Our system will not authorize the registration in SL Prime of people who are not at least 18 years old;

Be solely responsible for one’s own conduct and for any information, material, file, text, image, video, photo, profile, audio, link and any other content that one inserts, disseminates or visits on the SL Prime network;
Recognize that SL Prime fully complies with what the Brazilian legislation determines in relation to freedom of expression, under the terms of Article 5, VI of the Federal Constitution, therefore, any deletion of content (texts and images) only becomes mandatory by means of a competent Court Order or written notification, as determined by article 21 of Law 12.965/2014 “Marco Civil da Internet”. However, SL Prime reserves the right to monitor any content or User that is in disagreement with these Terms of Use or with Brazilian legislation, also reserving the right to retain certain categories of data related to a suspended User, Blocked and/or deleted from the platform for violating the Terms of Use, under the terms of the law;

Creating accounts on the SL Prime network by unauthorized means, including but not limited to the use of automatic devices such as scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers and scrapers;
Restrict the use of the SL Prime network by other Users;

The penalties applied to the User will be communicated through the email registered and confirmed on the platform. The User will have a period of up to 48 hours, counting from the receipt of the e-mail, to present a defense. The User, when found to be infringing and/or violating this Term of Use, will not be entitled to any type of reimbursement or compensation in case of deletion of his/her profile account. ACCEPTANCE TERMS By accepting these Terms, the User agrees that SL Prime, its affiliated companies, directors, employees and agents are immune from any legal responsibility for any content sent, including those that represent defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any third party. The User understands and expressly agrees that SL Prime may recurrently review all areas to enforce these Terms of Use or other rules that may be published, as well as may delete or edit any content that violates these Terms. Under no circumstances will SL Prime’s management, its affiliated companies, directors, employees or agents be legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from: (i) any errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the content; (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of this service; (iii) any unauthorized use of the SL Prime network servers and/or any and all stored personal information or any error, loss or instability of data, server hosting problems or corruption of any material; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to the website; (v) any bugs, malicious codes, viruses or the like that may be transmitted to or through the website by any third parties and/or; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content, for loss or damage of any kind resulting from any content uploaded, emailed, transmitted or otherwise available through the SL Prime website. The User understands that he must defend, indemnify and hold SL Prime, its affiliated companies, directors, shareholders, employees or agents, against any claim for indemnification, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts and expenses (including, but not limited to lawyers’ fees and legal expenses) arising from: (i) misuse and access to the SL Prime network of sites; (ii) the violation of any provision of the Terms of Use; (iii) the violation of any third party right, including and not limited to any copyright, property, industrial property and/or right of privacy. Even if any of the clauses of these Terms of Use is declared illegal, invalid or cannot be applied in its entirety, the remainder of the Terms of Use remains fully applicable and effective. Partial exercise, delay or even failure by SL Prime to exercise its rights contained or not in these Terms of Use does not matter in its waiver. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS The information provided within the SL Prime network cannot be distributed or used by a person or entity that is in a jurisdiction or country that prohibits such conduct, as well as in those countries or jurisdictions that require that SL Prime proceed with some type of registration. We reserve the right to limit the total or partial availability of the SL Prime network to any person or area or jurisdiction, at any time and without prior justification. These Terms of Use were written in Brazilian Portuguese. If there is a conflict between the written version and another language, the Brazilian Portuguese version will prevail. PAYMENT AND COMMISSIONS The affiliate will receive a referral fee when the following conditions are met:

The person who is redirected to the offer sites through an interaction with banners or pages with hypertext links connected to SL Prime and makes a payment.
The person who, after having been redirected to the partner sites of SL Prime through the use of the Authorized Link, makes a payment.

SL Prime has the right to deny a payment to the Affiliate, or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program and this term, if SL Prime concludes that the Affiliate has had any direct or indirect involvement in fraudulent activities. In addition to fraudulent activities, traffic generation through unauthorized means, any form of spam and use of illegal content is prohibited. Sales commissions generated by using official product names (Sexlog, ysos, Buupe, Camarads) or misspelling keywords or URLs to display an ad intended to promote one of the products (Sexlog, ysos, Buupe, Camarads) will be considered unfair practices and will not be accounted for by the Affiliate. SL Prime has the right to objectively determine what constitutes fraudulent activity and whether the user’s conduct constituted or encouraged fraudulent activity, directly or indirectly. By the 20th business day of the following month, all commissions due will be fully processed and transferred to your account. Thank you for your dedication and understanding, as this deadline helps to keep our affiliate system highly reliable and in line with the highest standards of excellence. In relation to our affiliate system, it is important to understand the concept of chargeback. Chargeback occurs when a payment transaction is disputed with the financial institution. If a chargeback occurs in connection with a transaction associated with the affiliate system, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the balance receivable from the affiliate. This action aims to cover possible losses or costs arising from the chargeback. Any questions regarding this policy can be clarified by contacting our support team. Offers can have different ways of accounting for the fee to be received:

Revenue Share – The user will receive a percentage of the subscription and/or sales value that the affiliate spends.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION The data processing operations carried out by SL Prime, related to access and use of the Platform or use of the Service are governed by the SL Prime Privacy Policy (https://dashboard.slprime.com/en/public/privacy-policy). The SL Prime Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Use and the User must read it carefully. The User’s acknowledgment and agreement with this document does not exclude the duty of acknowledgment and agreement with the Privacy Policy. By using our services, the User expresses his agreement and awareness with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of divergence between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, or other documents, the provisions of the Privacy Policy will prevail, with regard to the processing of personal data. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Use are the total and complete agreement between the SL Prime network and the User and replace any prior oral or written agreement made between them. All disputes or claims arising from the relationship between SL Prime and the User, even if not contractual, will be governed by Brazilian law. For the solution of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use, the jurisdiction of the district of Florianópolis/SC is elected for the resolution of any conflicts. UPDATES These Terms of Use:

They do not prevent SL Prime from submitting any dispute to judicial review;
Does not grant any type of right to third party beneficiaries.

The services offered by the SL Prime network are the responsibility of ESAPIENS INTERNET SA, a legal entity governed by private law, registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 10.314.689/0001-82. It is the User’s duty to keep up to date with changes to the Terms of Use, as well as the tools and resources developed for the SL Prime platform. SL Prime reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and without justification. The User will always be informed about updates to the Terms of Use. Modifications to these Terms can be made by simply updating the SL Prime network. In addition, the User’s awareness of the new Terms will be given on the first access after the entry into force of the new rules. The Terms of Use, when updated, will come into effect as soon as they are published on the SL Prime network, unless otherwise stipulated in the reasons for the update. SL Prime holds all rights not expressly granted in these User Terms of Use. It is possible that SL Prime offers a special service that has its own Terms and Conditions of Use, which will apply in addition to these Terms. In these situations, if there is a conflict between the Terms of Use of the special service and those set forth herein, the specific Terms of the special service will prevail.
